SENIOR INTEGRATED PRODUCER

Lou is one of the most respected producers in the US and Multicultural markets. Born in Puerto Rico, she built her career across New York and California, producing major campaigns for global brands in markets spanning London, Barcelona, Portugal, Madrid, Mexico, Argentina, New York, Miami, Texas, Chicago, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and other countries. 

An early pioneer of integrated campaigns, bringing social content production into the fold well ahead of the industry curve. She also helped shape the social-experiment format now common in advertising — recruiting real people, not actors, and capturing authentic reactions on hidden cameras. Her campaign for Toyota Camry was among the first of its kind and became a blueprint for the genre. 

Known for her client-first approach, Lou has led high-profile initiatives for brands including Toyota USA, T-Mobile, Lexus USA, Bank of America, Spectrum, General Mills, Nestlé, AT&T, Chevron, The Clorox Company, Kraft Foods, Procter & Gamble, CA Lottery, and PepsiCo. Her work has been recognized with Gold and Silver Cannes Lions awards.
